1. Reasons for Return or Refund
Buyers may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:

The wrong product was received (e.g. incorrect size, colour, or different product)

The product arrived with physical damage (e.g. dents, scratches, cracks)

2. Return of Products
Buyers must ensure that all returned products are properly packed to prevent any damage during shipment to the return address.

When returning a product, buyers are required to provide the following:

Official proof of shipment, including delivery service provider, tracking or receipt number, sender and recipient names, contact number, and shipping address

Any additional supporting evidence that demonstrates an agreement between the buyer and seller (especially if a non-traceable mailing service is used)
3. Refund Process
Once the return request has been reviewed and approved, we will process a refund equivalent to the value of the returned order.
Refunds will be made via manual bank transfer within fourteen (14) working days from the date the return outcome is confirmed.
4. Buyer Bank Account Information
Buyers are required to update their bank account details and submit their airway bill or shipment receipt via the Contact Us page to facilitate the refund process.
Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in delays in processing the refund.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Products
For standard, non-customized products, order cancellations are accepted only before the order has been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, buyers must contact us as soon as possible. Please refer to our Contact Us page for the relevant contact details.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted and buyers may need to follow the return and refund procedure instead.
