Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within two (2) to three (3) business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping Cost: Free

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

TRENDKART SDN BHD currently ships within Malaysia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will usually become active within 24 hours.

 

4. Damages and Lost Parcels

TRENDKART SDN BHD is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim, as these may be required by the courier service.
